Mehrdad is a retired dentist who has been an active real estate investor and developer for over 20 years. While practicing dentistry, he constructed and invested in over a dozen dental clinics which all achieved great success. He has been a lifelong enthusiast in real estate investing and construction techniques. After he retired from dentistry, he enrolled in the 2 year construction program at Langara College and upon graduation he became a licensed general contractor. He and George worked on and invested in numerous commercial projects together before they decided to join forces and formed G3 Construction. Mehrdad is happily engaged in all aspects of the business: from budgets and project management to site supervision. He has a keen eye for details and believes in delivering excellence on every project.

Dmytro is a professional Project Manager, well versed in the latest Design/Build Technology – including the use of Project and Budget Management Software and CAD/CAM Technology. He has extensive hands-on experience in running Residential and Commercial New Builds and Renovations. He has a proven track record in delivering high quality results on time and within budget. His expertise spans Project Planning and Resource Management, Budgeting and Stakeholder Communications.
